Nadja Young is the owner/instructor at Rhythms Fitness Studio. She is committed to fitness and dance and has brought her own graceful yet strong style to the programs she leads at Rhythms. She not only is our main Zumba instructor, she is the trainer for H.I.I.T. and Zumba Toning. Nadja is a licensed group fitness instructor through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America, and is also certified to teach Barre and Piloxing.
