Nadja Young is the owner/instructor at Rhythms Fitness Studio. She is committed to fitness and dance and has brought her own graceful yet strong style to the programs she leads at Rhythms. She not only is our main Zumba instructor, she is the trainer for H.I.I.T., Barre and Piloxing, licensed in all of the programs.
