HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

High Impact Interval Training is a stop-go training program where one works out hard, harder, hardest for one minute, and then rests for 20 seconds. It works every part of the body, is quite effective, and surprisingly fun! Bring a mat, towel and water to this class.
